To ensure respect to our guests and our staff, Beauty IQ Medical Aesthetics and Wellness strictly enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the service you booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service booked. No exceptions, as we respect your time and want to keep our appointments available and ready for your convenience.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following policies.
All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation, so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking.
Payment Accepted – Cash or Credit/Debit Cards: American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. We accept Care Credit and Flexible Spending Account Credit Card. We do not accept Discover, or Personal/Business Checks.
I understand and agree that all services rendered to me are charged directly to me and that I am personally responsible for payment. I further agree in the even of non-payment or charge-backs, that I will bear the cost of collection and/or Court cost and legals fees, should this be.
Payment is due at the time of service. You will be asked to leave a credit card number with a $25.00 processing fee when making your appointments Monday through Saturday. The processing fee will be credited toward your services, if you make a purchase with BIQ Medical Aesthetics and Wellness. If you do not make a purchase, the $25.00 will be used toward the medical examination and fee rendered by our mid-level provider.
All sales are final and are non refundable, and non transferable.
Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we try our best to achieve the desire outcome it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.
Services are final sale; there are no refunds or credits issued for any service whatsoever.
Again, we do not offer refunds on services rendered – payments are made for services rendered, not for a specific result.
Gift cards are only valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non refundable and non transferable.
Service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase or they will expire.
Financing is available through Care Credit. Learn more about this option by calling our office We do not accept insurance plans; however, we are happy to provide you with the information you may need to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. We do not guarantee insurance reimbursement.

The staff at Beauty IQ Medical Spa welcomes the opportunity to work with groups for any occasion. So we can provide you the best service, we ask that you schedule your event several weeks in advance, and all appointments must be secured with a credit card.
If a group cancellation occurs less than seven days in advance, 20% of service will be charged. Group cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of service, and no-shows will be charged 100%.
The Spa may be rented for exclusive events. Please call our Spa Director for details about this and for scheduling of any group events.
Traditionally, 15% to 20% gratuity is customary for spa and salon services.
